Here at CLW Custom Creations, we have thoughtfully determined that the most straightforward and fair way to ship your items to you is by charging a flat rate for your order. This approach ensures that if you choose to order more than one item at a time, you will actually save money compared to the misleading ‘so-called’ free shipping offers that you might see elsewhere.
Returns
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work, and if you are ever unsatisfied with what you ordered, we will do everything in our power to make it right for you. Please feel free to use the contact page at the top of our website to inform us of any concerns or reasons you may have for not being completely happy with your order, and we will get back to you promptly on how to proceed.
However, the one exception to this policy applies specifically to customized or personalized items, as they require a significant amount of extra time and detailed work. For these unique items, we will keep you fully advised throughout the entire design and making process, ensuring that you are absolutely certain it is precisely what you desire. Of course, we will refund your money without hesitation if there are any damages caused during shipping. Your satisfaction is very important to us!
